What You CAN Do:

  • Get educated: Attend support meetings, read reliable articles and books; Join us! HOPE meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays each month or contact us for a private coffee session.  Need a book reference? Contact HOPE to borrow from our resource center.
  • Take care of yourself: Your health is key.  Think about it; you need to place the oxygen mask yourself first.  Only then are you able to assist your loved one. Take control back of your own joy. When was the last time you focused on you and your hobbies?
  • Talk about it: Most health plans have Therapy available for you! Start your day with the Serenity Prayer
